I've just run into this problem upon finishing the sewers for celes_b3 -> This screenshot is dark, but trust me when I say it is very notice-able in game...

Whats the go with them? There's no space between textures and its too noticable to let slide...

Edit: Just reading it could have something to do with this thread (http://www.dayofdefeat.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=65668). But can't be sure...

yeah, its probably the last update. it seams to have messed up a lot of different things for a lot of different people.

Seems only to happen to displacements (even though aligned right) -> I fixed it by removing the displacements.

Apparently a patch was released a couple of weeks back that introduced sparkly lines in
walls (http://www.sunlitgames.net/images/anzio_lines.jpg) and stairs (http://www.sunlitgames.net/images/ava_stairs.jpg) and spider webs on the ground (http://www.unc.edu/~alricha5/dodpics/dod_avalanche0000.jpg). The spider webs are very evident in the snow on kalt.

Reminds me of the tearing in HL with OGL with bad drivers/vga.

I have a feeing it might be tied in with the "fix" for nvidia drivers and the 6800 series. May 24, 2006 (http://www.steampowered.com/index.php?area=news&archive=yes&id=630) Hopefuly will be addressed in the next update.

I had hints going on for a while, and they didn't seam to be doing anything. I took them out and eventually got outside areaportals working: huge fps gain.
