Yeah he does. Except he doesnt have the cigar in his mouth.

Glad to see my old VGUI is still popular. One of these days I'll have to make a British version to go with it.

Would it be possible to have 3 seperate ones?

Like a set for para, one for axis, anmd one for americans like in 3.1 instead of para using the amercan's one?

That's not possible because the para class uses the same TGA's as the American class TGA's
