Does anyone know a good rifle practice map for dods or if any have been created? I'm pretty much looking for something similar to awp_arena in css, but for dods. Thanks for your time.

I made one for Source very similar to the 1.3 dod_sacaim map.
But I don't remember if I've made it available for download or not, though.

I would suggest dod_smallhill dod_slope both maps are good for using iron sights.

i've been working on and off on a source version of Training_Grounds. it was a 1.3 map i made to help out the buxom bombshells with their CAL team. they thought it was real usefull, and i think the team some of em went to still use it.

if you havnt played it, its a giant map for practicing. theres:

- a rifle range, pistol range, rocket range, grenade range
- an area with 2 sniper towers and a hill, to practice either sniping or dodging.
- an area made for clearing out a room with a door on it
- an area made for clearing out a room with a window at ground level
- an area for dodging machine gunners
- an area to learn the sounds each gun makes to identify them from around a corner / across the map
- an area to practice getting around corners where someone is camping, or getting through a long narrow / wide alley way with no cover.

not sure how many people would be interested in it thought

i think the prodod guys released some AIM maps recently... sorry i dont have a link but that would be exactly what you're looking for
