replacing para skins with normal skins
Hi,
Before doing a stupid thing, I prefer to ask .
Don't take it too bad, but I don't like the para skins .
I would like to replace them by the normal skins .
If I wanna make it, I just copy the file and change the name ?
Could this be considered as a cheat by anti-cheating software ?
Thanks .
Aril .

Hell no. Its jus the same as using custom player models really.
The only problem i can see is mabye from some of the really fecking annoying servers that insist you use the default models (I think they check the file size to determine what you use)
But no, its not a cheat of any kind. Unless you recoloured them bright organge and glow in the dark lol

since the paratroopers use only one body sub model, they will all be wearing the same uniform regardless of if the model itself has more. Hope that made sense, I just woke up and am sill a little groggy
it will work. Ive done it once before.

it does work. but the way the para models are designed is that it uses randomized body parts. but when you use the normal models as para, sometimes u get missing heads or body parts. i decompiled the norm player and discovered that it had blank templates. if those were deleted and recompile, it will work with no hitch :P

What I would really like regular models compiled as axis-para, preferably with non-mirrored arm textures. Then we can do some nice SS sets and have Heer on some maps, Waffen SS on others....... just a thought
