Admin Skins

OK, I've looked around quite a bit, and I can't seem to find a guide for adding certain skins for certain admins on the server. I noticed on one of your servers that you had this aspect, and was wondering if anyone could give me or point me to a very noobfriendly guide for this. would appreciate your help guys thanks
