The default crosshair has the dot with the four lines around it. What I'm looking for is the same crosshair but with the top middle line removed. So I would have the dot with a line on each side, and a line underneath. I also don't want it to be dynamic.

Is this possible?

no its not possible. The top and bottom are the same part of the sprite so if you remove the top you lose the bottom too. the best you can get is this:

--- - --- with only the sides
