Okay, I've gone to other places with this, but-- I have absolutely NO experience working with map files (or the progs that go with them), and was wondering if somebody could PLEASE help me (as in, either find me a file that's already done or do this for me):

Allies vs Axis Caen (non-para)
British Caen with certain Allied guns.

So, for the latter, the weapon list would be (in no particular order):

Garand (what would the other rifleman be named?)
Sniper (scoped enfield, not springfield)
MG (allied)

Maybe with the Carbine, but I'm not sure on that yet.

Can ANYONE help me with this?! Please?? I can't do it myself, I just don't have the time.. Anyone looking for a pet project..?

Look for dod_caen_x

It's got all the weapons, but it's Americans primarily, with British weapons on the ground to pick up.

I don't like that-- I want the weapons on the list and I don't want to have to modify any sounds/flags/etc.

There ya go.....

Axis vs US Allies with US flags and win sounds

As these are only changed entities you can leave the name as dod_caen, just replace the dod_caen on your server, clients wont have to redownload it.

Only question I have now is how do I make the minimap like the one in the old Caen?

Not sure what you mean, I didnt change the minimap, it would just show US flags now not Union Jacks

I test played it against bots, the map doesn't come up at all-- it has the flag pics but the background of the map itself isn't showing.

Strange it works fine here

Very strange. I'll test it on my actual server later I guess, but it's definately not showing up when I start a new game with bots.
