dod_dijon final to be released this weekend....

or so I think....
Which brings me to the point of this thread: If there's any last minute feedback you guys have and want to share, now is the time to do it.
Changes include reworked interiors for all buildings, modified ways to and from the 2nd and 4th flags, new allies spawn exit and better performance (hardly noticeable in some areas). And of course, HDR with proper cubemaps.
It's time to move on to dod_rive... :)

i love dijon, but it just lacks something, something which i am unfortunatley unable to point out to you :(
I will enjoy mashing nazis up with spades on the walls of notre-dam once again!
Edit: i think i put my finger on it, its not war torn enough, it needs craters and broken down jeeps, and destroyed buildings!

not being war torn is one of the things that sets this beautiful map apart from the rest. I say don't change it. Just think of it this way: you're in the process of tearing it up.

If you read the introduction to the map, you'll understand why it's not torn up. It'll stay that way

I'll run through it today, see if there's anything on the cosmetic side I can spot, or any other stuff that comes up.

I like the non-destroyed look, please keep it. :)
I saw a couple pics of your dod_rive, it has some nice architecture. Looking forward to playing it !

I haven't really played it much to be honest but I remember when I first tried it out that I kept getting stuck to the windows in the upper sides of the church... and a few playerclips were in order. You've probably fixed this by now. There were also some other similar problems, all of which were clipping issues.

It's coming this week end, just need some more time to get an exe done.
We all cant wait I have had this dijon map running since the day you released it and was following it for months before that its truly a work of art ! Im sure the final will be awsome .
As for feedback here is an option you could possibly make some areas breakable with bazookas or charges to blow open areas or buildings to give it that war look after your into the match then after the round ends back to a beautiful work of art again its just a suggestion .
