Importing Models in to a 3D APP

i like to pose models and build cool wallpapers, i used 2 do it with DOD but i whould like to upgrade and use DOD:S models

so how can i pose them and imporant them into a 3d app like cinema 4d

any help whould be helpful

i used 2 use this combo, milkshape and C4d

i like poseing and geting the effects just right
