Hey guys,
Just wondering if someone can help me with the installation of this skin. I downloaded the 30mb file (which i believe contains all 3 parts that are needed). I unzipped the player models to my materials\models\player\american folder. Theyre just not working. I had a previous skin pack installed in the \american folder and it worked fine. Should i have deleted all the files in the \american folder and then installed the fortunate company ones? Any ideas why this isnt working?
I unzipped the other folder which has the dirty sleeves you see in first person, and that works fine, i just for the life of me cant get the actual skin to work.
Any help appreciated!

Use the readme that comes with the pack. Don't unzip anything straight into the DoD:S/dod folder. Instead unzip to another location, and drag n drop the items into the respected folders. The readme shows where everything need to go.

Thats exactly what i did, but still no joy.

I got 2 folders in the zip file, materials, and models.
I deleted everything from my \american folder as i had an old skin installed.
I copied everything from the american folder in the zip file into my \american folder in the game. This has all the american_bodt.vmt's etc etc in it. It kinda worked last night, it changed the colour of the players clothes to a darker green and gavem them all different looking bags & canteens, but that was all

Theres another folder with a ton of files in it, all the .phy ones and stuff, where does that stuff go? I put it in the american folder and still did nothing.

sorry to sound like a retard here i just dont know wtf to do, and the readme wasnt that helpful tbh. Ive installed a german skin fine, a reskin for the vehicles, crates, etc, all fine, its jsut this one thats giving me hassle :confused:
