Just wondering if you guys have released any models/textures/etc for people wanting to map for this mod.

If not is there a date set for a release on that? Will it be before the official release or after?

Maybe you should try asking in their forum. This is the offical Day of Defeat forums, we have nothing to do with that user-made mod.
