Engine Error: Lightmaps

I'm trying to run a compiled map, but I am getting a rather strange error. The error is : MaterialSystem_Interface_t::AllocateLightmap: lightmap(516x14) too big to fit in page(512x256)

If anyone has seen this error before, please drop me a line. Thanks

Somewhere in your map, a texture (or more) has a value that's too high for its lightmap (accessible in the texture face edit window). For the record, default is 16...

How would I go about fixing that? Do I retexture the surface?

Well you can try checking the value and mkaing sure it is 16 (or less, i guess)

The easiest way to fix it might be to hide items and then select all the brushes and change the lightmap back to 16. You'll have to manually change all the faces you edited the lightmap scale for again, but at least the error will go away. That's what I did when this error occured on one of my maps.
