Everyone knows Saving Private Ryan and BoB and all that WWII stuff. Have you noticed, that in those, when the bullet hits it's target, there is not tons of blood flying through the air, only that great looking dust, or smoke or whatever you call it.

Personally I hate that blood in DoD:S, so is there any ways to turn, or replace it to dust? Have anyone made any smoke puffs to DoD:S? I know that they did it on old DoD, so maybe there are some for the new one also.

So, I'm asking if anyone knows somekind of smokepuff "replaces" to DoD:S, or is capable to make one, please answer.

Thanks!

there definately has to be a way in dods to do that. I know I'd like to see some of that maybe - don't see why you wouldn't be able to do it - just don't know how.

Yes - you can replace the blood with a white puff of smoke.

Yes - anyone who know how to navigate and extract files from the HL2 GCF (hint hint) file can easily find the files that need replacing

Yes - it is regular VTF files

Couldn't find it. It might be using the smoke grenade vtf or the bazooka puff vtf and making it red. Who knows.

Yeah, but what would you name the file if you wanted to make it for the blood spray
