Can someone give me a link or to a program were i can make dods models like players and guns please!!:D

SoftImage XSI Mod Tool (http://www.softimage.com/products/Mod/v4/) is the official, free modelling tool for Source games. There are exporters/importers available for other packages such as 3DS Max or Maya but they are un-official and not supported by Valve.

I'd recommend checking out the Valve Developer Wiki (http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/) for tutorials and links to tutorials on getting started as well as the documentation that comes with XSI itself.
