Are Sprites in 1.0 compatable with 3.1, specifically blood sprites and gib packs?

Are flag packs from 3.1 compatable with 1.0, or have the flags, hud icons and banners been changed in any way which would need to be re-compiled?

Will the Team ever be releasing their own custom material for us here, such as diff skins, flag packs etc?

Game on. :D

I know two things they could do, first make the forums wider, and then give us our ranks back (so we can keep the newbs 1.0 will bring in line with our veterness) And does it seem like this to anyone else? The closer may 6th gets, the farther away it feels?

Word on the street is that there is some kind of change to the coding for crosshair sprites. But, like I said...that's just what the rumor mill is stirring up.

Even if the coding is different, the new dod still runs on the HL engine, so we still should be able to use Sprwiz to make sprites

They'll be animated differently, so new format, yes. I dunno about the other stuff, though.
