Bright pink characters

I just downloaded the Gefreiter Josef skin and put the german_body and german_gear files into the /materials/player/german folder but when I play the game the germans are bright shiny and pink.

delete all the files in that folder, then re-extract.

delete the Models\player\german***.* files...

deleting all materials doesnt fix that problem...
