i don't quite get what you are looking for.

my icons do not replace the official ones, they're just additional icons for models, which have or will be released soon (hopefully sherman ;).

so you can still use the official, white "not-captured" icon....

You need to save them with the "No MipMap" and "No Level of Detail" flags set to stop them blurring in the hud.

*edit* WTF. Where did Fuzzdad post before mine go?

is there something wrong with my icons?

Yeah, I replied to Fuzz's post but it seems to of magically dissapeared!

Anyway, in short, sometimes the textures blur on the hud because the engine starts to use one of the MIP maps rather than the highest level.

When you save VTF files to be used as HUD sprites, check (turn on) the "No Mip Maps" and "No Level of Detail" flags in the VTF plugin or VTFEdit. That will stop the engine using the Mip levels and keep it using the first, highest detail MIP for hud icons.

lol...i had posted it...then thought...hrmm...mebbie I should ask pedroleum in a PM instead of posting it here. You must have a script running that alerts you to changes or something because that post was only up here for a few seconds. :)
