open your v_model with HLMV and import the sleeve that u want.

Please tell me the name of the "font" [you use for the cuff]

I didn't use any fonts, I took pictures from original cuffs and use those, I put them on the sleeve skins with photoshop and edited them in Paintshoppro:D
