Milkshape. You can find it anywhere and everywhere.

Unless you want to make an entire model from scratch, just reorigin the QC file. Search around on MSA and you'll find plenty of info on this.

I'm making IS like COD2, can you give me a link to a QC file.
I had an idea to make the IS idle and when you run it goes to hip firing mode.

One of the best fully free modeling programs in existance:

-Blender (http://www.blender.org/cms/Home.2.0.html)
Example:

-Wings3D (http://www.wings3d.com/)
Example:

They are very powerful programs and would do well for both HL1 and HL2.

Try decompiling the weapon's .mdl file using milkshape and that should give you the .QC file to mess around with.

No I did not make those, they are from their site galleries. I was just putting those up to show the power of the programs, which is just as good as programs worth thousands.

It's been thought of and attempted before, and I'm sad to say that's it's impossible. Sorry :(.

The idle animation plays when you're not shooting or reloading or bayonetting or etc. None of the animations have ANY relation to movement or stance. Wether you're running, walking, crouching, proning or just standing still, you're using the same animations and this cannot be changed.
