Help, I can't compile anything

Hello, I just recently downloaded the sdk beta to try out and I went to compile a simple box room in DOD:S and I got an error.

It says:

Error! Unable to load c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\USERNAM\day of defeat source\bin\filesystem_steam.dll

Anyone have any clues to what is wrong?
