How do I go about changing the coulour a decal appears? I've got an idea and some decals already made I can use but they dont fit in with the colour they are.

I can mess with anything, except something that would make it incompatible with dod.

I'm placing a decal in a map, it appears when I run the game. Its red, I want it to be blue. how? (minimal english version)
