Can someone tell me how to make the snow that falls on Kalt, fall on my 24/7 avalanche server? Is it something I edit it the ent?

Also, how can I change the footstep sound that the bsp calls for?

But there's nothing I can edit in the ent. to make it snow on Avalanche?
