what is it your wanting reskinned
i have had a go at reskinning useing hlmv and adobe photoshop
so i know how to do it but its how hard the skinning you want doing will be

good idea, but ive only played as Axis on Vicenza, and never got to the jeeps ;)

I'm jus after the player models reskinning so they look burnt and bloodied up.

After this and the caen tank are released I'm gonna have a go at making a Cromwell tank and then I'm probally gonna call it quits as I think the appeal is kinda wearing off now.

Could I get the model so I could try skinning it? Or is it just the default Allied players?

Forward this to Geined :). I download all the gore models in the vehicles/boats, man those are sweet.

Man having an animated guy inside a tank turret or a jeep would be great, then when blown up or destroyed have the death models shown ... :eek: :eek: :D

i just use defult models and save changes to desktop

If you want, you can pm the model and I'll give the skin a shot.

I'll see if Russ wants to skin it first (as he did a great job with the tank) and if not then I'll post the model so anyone can have a crack at it.

The idea of 'gory' map models seems to be getting milked just a bit too much. I'm not trying to offend anyone, as I think the what geined has done is very good, I jus think you can have too much of a good thing :p lol

ya damn right ill skin it. i havent skinned much scince 1.0 came out so ill take a shot at it, definately. :)

is it just the default ranger body BMP's? or did you alter them in anyway?

thats a great idea. though in real life i'd be pretty pissed if i were in a battle and two yahoo's were sitting in a jeep day dreaming. still, it contributes to ambience. good stuff

it would be pretty funny if i could get the two guys in the jeep to shout for help when a german came close lol Better yet if they moved their heads to look at any incoming germans.

Just go wild mate, I'm sure whatever you do will look great. I was totally blown away by what you did with the tank commander. I wish i could skin that good.

Maybe you could have them holding a map or some documents and have it so they looks like they are looking over them. I dunno, just a suggestion :D

I'll skin it. I like bloodying up skins.

Two things though.

Guys look a little stiff... pose could be more natural.
And an idle animation would rock.
