If you have a sharp eye and a good memory, you will notice that these pics don't say "British" like they normally would (top left by default) I instead put in the weapon that is used as it will go well with the American/German pack that was made for 3.1, which I *cough*amplanningonconvertingunlesssomeoneelsehas* cough*

I didn't edit out the swasticas or the names, if that's a problem I'll edit the screenies.

O sorry man i have really been putting all my time towards making some african american models for each team, and some people where giving me flak about it, so when i saw the guy in the random pic, i just refreshed everyones memory.

I know, I'm not done with them yet. like I said, im going to try to convert the selections screens that were made for 3.1 It's going to take a while because his are made slighly differently and it's going to take time to make them properly. -as in I'm going to edit mine to look more like his

Hasn't everyone? The most over used re-enactor pics in DoD! :D

I use them for reference still but I've given up trying to use them for menu art as they are so overused. Has anyone ever bother to mail them and ask for permission to use them?

On one side note, why are you using pictures of British AIRBORNE for a class which is standard british Infantry? There are plenty of regular infantry pics featuring those weapons.

Also, yes those are para Brits but finding actual infantry pics are near impossible for two reasons.

1. most ppl who re-inact as Brits want to be airborne.

2. There arn't too many Brit pics out. (I've searched for well over 4 hours now NON-STOP)

My version is different than the version by the other man (or woman, whoever made it) So I'm planning on making my own Amer/Axis sprites to even it out.

It was a nightmare trying to find good pics as I could find pretty much zero Brit army pics so I'm staying w/ the airborne (hard to tell really if U don't know much about the army). These guys took a while to find but look very good all the same. Expect a German version soon, around monday or so, I've allready got the pictures for them.

P.S. The pics look better in-game. the upload site kinda scrunched in the pictures so they look a tad bit sqeeezed.

not bad though theyd really look better if it was pic on top of flag. Very nice work, get some good Kruats and you rock!

The pic is on top of the flag. I gave the image 79% opaquecy (?) to make it transparent to let the flag show thru. switching it around (which I just tried) makes the flag more predominant.

That's true but (I don't want to sound noob bashing but) You should have a generally good idea of the weapons in 1.0 after like 10 minutes of play. basically select what is needed for the situation.

Rifles-long range (long-er for garand :rolleyes: )
SMG-close range
"assault" rifles-mid to longer range
mg-support fire.
