we know how good the maps is etc etc and tbh theres a seperate bit for bugs but i just want meh players to play it with out going off some where else :(

Love the map i dled asap but others cant dl off server HELLLLLPPPPPPP any one please i have two servers and followed all the right paths and the other server was set up by another ad min and it does the same.

Maybe it would help if you were more descriptive of what goes wrong. Describe what you did rather than say you "followed all the right paths" since it doesn't work maybe they aren't "right". I may be a little slow sometimes but all I get from that is that it doesn't work. :confused:

Same here. no comprendo, give more detail.

I have the same problem, server downloads all the files but when it g, any ideas?ets to the .bsp, it disconnects me and says
Missing map maps/dod_anvil-B12.bsp disconnecting.
The bsp is definately in the maps folder I can see it, and I downloaded from 2 differant sources and uploaded both to make sure it wasn't a corrupt file I had got

Just to let you guys know how to fix the autodownload problem.

It is the size of the map.

Go into ur server.cfg file and add this to cfg file

net_maxfilesize 30 or 40 or 50 just make it bigger than the file that is needed to be downloaded.

Any way moved it off the server to sv_url download thing any way it works no so im happy and so are the others although some textures are still missing for them but i ahve them all so again im happy teehee.

any way it works now must appologise slight drunk when writing last post ;) long frustrating day

Also bear in mind if you have set a value for sv_downloadurl and the map isnt on your web server, Source servers do not fall back to downloading off the game server, it will just say missing map.

Only choice is to put it on webserver (why wouldnt you wanna do this anyway) or remove sv_downloadurl "http://yaddayaddayadd" from your server.cfg
