how to change topic of a thread

is it possible to change the topic of a thread? i just see my updated title when i open the thread. but not in the thread-overview.

if i can't do it by myself, can i get a moderator to change the topic of

[REL]dod_chicago_beta06
to
[REL]dod_chicago_beta17 (fictional map)

that would be nice :)
