My 1.3 models had mouths, but I never learnt how to animate them. But yes it would be possible in Source, just need to know wat 2 do.

Does anyone know why valve didn't intergrate moving mouths for multiplayer?

It just takes time to anmate, HL1's lip synch tech was alot less pain staking then HL2s because the engine automaticly synched the movement with the .wav files

HL2 uses a MUCH more advanced system for this but it would still be pretty easy just time consuming, it would look great though

whats the point? how many times are you looking at your teammates face when hes talking? if you are, your not doing what you should be doing..

In my unit the 506th PIR. We do drills and are in a realism league we are constantly talking and lining up in drills. So it would be pretty cool
