If you have the original model, is it possible to load a HL2 buggy or anything else, in a server for play?

We actually managed to have the airboat and the buggy in the maps.. The only problem was, they were sideways, like, with the nose pointing downward, and were half stuck in the ground..
I have ss's, but they're at home. :/
