Okay, what is the difference between German_body and German_soldier?

german_soldier.vtf isn't used by any of the player models.
american_soldier.vtf is only used by the American sniper class.

I checked all the player models with MDL Texture Info (http://www.wunderboy.org/sourceapps.php#mdl_tex).
