For those who are interested on how i made the head. Its kinda funny. I took the hair from here, (http://baixaki.ig.com.br/imagens/wpapers/bad_boys_002800.jpg) the face from here (http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/arewethereyet/site/downloads/cube_800x600.jpg) and the lips from here (http://www.all-pictures-photos.com/images/dmx/dmx-012-img.jpg)

Of course after some (mainly color) adjustments have been made :D

@ iamnotabear: yeah.. true. too late for v.1

So that's what their offspring would look like. GG Will.
Anyways, that's some excellent photoshopping r4scal.

Is it possible to have mixed coloured soldier skins in the game? Or are they all the same, and it's the class clothing that changes?

Maybe even randomize it so that it's not just a certain class who is black/white etc.

Or is that just out of the question with current software capability?

Very nice work! I'll try them for a while, i think. When you use these is true that your whole american team is afro-american, or just a part of them. If my whole team would turn afro-american the historical correctness (how do you say that in english...???) is a bit off line.

Every class uses the same skin.

yes. unfortunately. And something else important i forgot to mention here:

*IMPORTANT* the first person view black hands that come with the soldier is a seperate file which only works for both axis and allies. (its valves fault). If you dont like that, then just go to that folder:

C:\Games\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\YOURNAME\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\weapons\v_models\hands

and delete the file: v_hand.vtf

Actually because Blacks were segregated into seperate units in the US Army during WW2 having them all turn into African-Americans is more accurate

Agrees with Zoring

Fantastic work man, really well done. Look forward to seeing what else you have in store for the USMC stuff.

One small issue, your USMC soldiers are still wearing 3rd ID helmets :D
