[REQ]Crosshair circle

Could someone make me a crosshair with a dot in the middle and a circle outside it. I find the default lines very view obstructing.

Like the crosshair in Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Doesn't need to be dynamic.

Sorry, until the dod team gives us the choice to change crosshairs like in 3.1, we are stuck with the "cross" one.
