No Model Flag Splashes by Vandal

Installation: CHANGE FILE NAME from background01blank.vtf or background01axisblank.vtf to background01.vtf. Extract to day of defeat source/dod/materials/console.

Create any folders you dont have already.

Note: This file is allowed to be used on any free download DOD:S custom site, as long as the file is RE-HOSTED and not leeched from the previous host, and the author, Vandal is credited. Feel free to distribute it with my email, vandal@fragspersecond.net for comments.

how do you make a .vtf file?

There's a Photoshop plug-in that allows you to open/edit/save .VTF files.

Heh, didn't have to count them. You'll notice the stars on the 50 star flag are staggered... On a 48 star flag, they're right above one another.
