I'd like to know how you make the map in the right top corner. I've tried to look how the 4 originals did it but no luck. the overview files are just txt with a coordinate. And nothing in the map at that coordinate. i looked at it decompiled. Anyone know how this is done.

Also i got a texture problem. I converted a Counter strike source map i made into DOD:S and had to replace many textures i guess were css related. I used a wall texture as it's what i mostly needed to replace. Now at first the map looked just fine and normal when i compiled and played. but then when i started messing with the flags in my map getting them working (changing flag settings to get them to work) now my textures look like the pic below. They look just fine in hammer but like this ingame:

wow thats fugly, but your model is messed up too so it might not be just textures O_o

as for the map overview.. i dont know how its done in DOD:S but in DOD you get the coordinates via developer mode (taking a screenshot).

Thats just a reflection. Everything looked alright at start b4 i put flags in. I had the allies and axis running around fine. But then this happened when i started to get flags working right.

And it's only this map it happens on. I've gotten no erros in compiling, and the latest driver 4 my 6800 ultra

Sorry I couldn't tell you whats wrong :\

But I do have a suggestion..make the ground, not so flat..use displacement mapping and make it uneven and such..itll look good :)
