They aren't FoV'd. Weapons have their own FoV, but cannot be changed for some stupid reason.

What do you mean? Just look at them, they are fat and stubby at the end, The MG42 looks like its barrel is 2in long. They most certainly look FOVed.

It's the viewmodel_fov command dude. The DoD team should allow players to change it.

I'm not sure what you are saying. The engine makes them look that way?
So even if we make properly proportioned models they will still look like that?

Correct. Until the DoD team allows for tweaking of the viewmodel_fov command it will be like this.
