decompiling models = rotating bones etc?

anyone else notice that when you decompile the v models, the wrists and such rotate and deform? whats causing this?

I get the same problem with every single model, it is usually the wrist that is messed up. People seem to think it is milky but if you import it into max you get the same thing. It is every single weapon model.
