Many players have expressed interest in a simple, small red dot cross hair. Please.

Here is a trick.
Pick the Circle crosshair
Now in console type this:
cl_crosshair_scale 5
Viola. Red dot crosshair.

how about d/l cal crosshairs. i use the cal crosshair packs and they have all color and size dots.
For colour you just change the R/G/B options... For different sizes, I'm still working on making custom crosshairs... Just need to figure out the transparency...

That works indeed, however the dot itself is too small for my liking. Kind of gets lost in the firefight. Would love is someone made an actual crosshair that was a simple medium sized red dot as Crash was asking. By the way, I think those of you that do the reskinning and mapping are amazing. I have been playing this game since it's inception and have enjoyed many hours of fun due to the hard work of the talented people who frequent these forums. Just a big thanks to those of you who make the game that much more enjoyable for those of us who are to lazy to learn it ourselves!
Here's one I just put together, customisable colour and size. Extract the zip to your dod folder.

Transparency is client side
cl_crosshair_alpha "<integer 0-255>"
Hope that helps you.
