road widths

Anyone have any idea on good road widths for dod source? any ideas on say the width of the new sherman tank model? i am doing 256 right now but looks a bit wide.

the road width doesnt have to be certain size, but i do see what ur asking. i think it would be the same as before. use a past map as reference

i use 256, but u could always try 192

Just use the road texture...

*EDIT* Oh wait maybe a bit larger, lots of road might have been converted from horse carage roads. Speaking of which when was the car invented?

Ive found 192w x 128l to 256w x 128l long sections of road looks normal, with a 8h64w128l sections of sidewalk.

Just remeber your texture pattern will repeat 2x on a 256 wide road so if you dont like the way that looks, reduce it.

Well I think these are all good suggestions actually. I was just wondering on any vehicles sizes, say a sherman tank model. I want to make sure my roads are wide enough for a burned tank.
