This was done in the beta days, but that lacked both modern hands and model fov. Some of you may take a dim view of my source of reference pics, but I assure you, it's better than a grainy old picture that barely reveals the detail and nuances of the rifle.

So that's the idea. Basically, the front sight and the gas tube need to be altered from the default, and the skin perhaps adjusted to reflect the MP40 style safety. A bayonet would be badass as an option, that is if whoever is interested enough in this forgotten weapon would feel the need to add that to whatever they come up with.
