if you go to the texture tab of hlmv you'll see three buttons, export, import, and save model. To change from one texture to another, first you export it from marzy's flag pack and save it somewhere you can find it later, then you open up devins flag model, import the texture, and save the model. That's all there is to it.
right here is my first attempt i did the german flag had to resize it what do you think should i do a full conversion of all the flags

Yeh one way to do is like you have, by resizing the texture, because when i made my flag set i remeshed the flag model to take slightly higher res textures and also fixed the flag model so the texture does not get stretched out in places and also does not show those dark smoothing errors.
Another way would be to decompile mine and his flag model, and then add his helmet to mine then re-compile.
What would be a good idea, would be to add each sides helmet to there flags, I've done this but because the inside of the default helmets arn't meshed well, it looks a bit pants, but it's an idea that could look cool if someone spent more time on it.
so what program would i need to put the helmets on
as i will give it a go
ive done all the flag set now as one set so you get the germanflags with helmet when your axis and normal flags for allied there all you war torn textures appart from the grey flags had resize and add to that it was mad the way they were totaly different in size one was four time bigger than the other

Milkshape would do the job fine.
Yeh i don't see the point in having hi res white flag textures, after all you only see them for a sec or two at the start of a round.

If you won't you can use these i made but like i say to make a proper job, they could do with the inside of the helmets skinning, and some straps and insigna adding.
