What does this error mean???

I have this map that I wanna play right...but when I start it up, I get this error that says "Bas Surface extends 1952/0" or something like that. Wtf?

Is that a map you made ? If it is check some solid/face errors in hammer.

If i recall correctly, one of your textures scales are either way of or way too low (217389172398 or .0001732568685). Do a search, this is asked everywhere
