MS3D skinning help

ok, im working on another prop for hl2, first off....

Look at this pic.....why is it doing that and how do i fix it??

I went into the texture co-ordinate editor and scaled everything 1.0 but it still didnt fix it.

2nd. Once Im done, how do I get it into HL2? Someone have a tutorial?

Looks like the face with the stretched texture is only one pixel wide in the UV map. Maybe you collapsed some vertices or something?

Concerning tutorials: Here are a lot of modelling and model compiling tuts. They're mostly for XSI and Max, but maybe they can help you:

If you do a search theirs a thread with my UV Mapping video tutorials in. It uses LithUnWrap (which is free) which is much better than the MS3D texture editor.
