Viewing Source Models/Animations

I'm sure one of you here can help me out,
How can I view models from HL2 or CS:S and their animation sequences? Is there a program out there (that's preferably free, or at least a trial version) that would let me do that?

HLMV - its part of the SourceSDK which comes on Steam if you have HL2.
