models not in shadow?

I know I read somewhere that there is a flag you can set to have certain models not be shadowed, but I haven't found out how yet. basically I've got a few models that are large enough that they shouldn't be in shadows, but the origins lie in shadow, so they show up dark. I'll keep looking, but if someone knows how to do this, I'd appreciate the help. thanks.

Disabling shadows is the disabling of the entity creating a shadow with the ZHLT2.2 and above I think. I know what you want with the hill...I may have a re-origined one myself, but I'll have to look for you. (belfort had a modified hill model, but it uses a custom texture too...but I might have the source around here somewhere.)

this is the post you were talking about I assume. I got that, but I don't know how to do what he was saying here.

...I'll keep looking.

i just dont understand why you post 5 threads per day and then re-post on the same topic when your old topic hasnt even hit the second page yet, we call that spam

afa posting again on the same topic...you're absolutely right. it was late and I spaced the fact that I'd posted on it already.

extra threads for no reason...yup thats pretty much spam, my bad.
