Matching up Animations..????

Hey guys....I compiled the animations from silenced's tommy onto the default one, but the reload is too slow....i was wondering what line of the .smd i have to edit to speed things up? And if its even possible with notepad?

not the smd, the qc, under the reload part at the sequences section find the reload and change the FPS to something higher to speed it up test and test and test till you get it just right
