Getting models ingame?

Well.. If I had just done for example an M1 Garand, and would want it to CS:S ... how would I get it there?
It seems so hard..

Thanks.. Although I had tried it before you replied.. and didnt get the textures to work.. still cant.. only black/purple checker.
