Flags disappear on compile!?!

I'm having a problem with my map. When the maps compiled some of the flags disappear!

In hammer I can see them fine, then once it's compiled they're gone completely...

The cap zones still work fine but you can't actually see the flags...that's OK for me as I know where the caps are but might be annoying for new players to the map.

Anyone had this before/know how to fix it?

I am pretty sure I'm using the right body for the models...other than that cant think what it is.

Are the origins above/outside of solid brushes?

Are the origins above/outside of solid brushes? no, I assume thats the problem? In which case how do I make them appear to be attached to a building? It looks very silly to have the whole flag sticking out of a wall...

If the origine of any model is in a solid brush it won't be seen in game.

You need to place the origin of the model so it is outside of the solid brush or change the solid brush to an entity ... for example a func_wall.

NOTE: func_wall won't VIS block, be carfull with this.
