I've updated VTFTool to 0.5b - I re-wrote it *again* and now it does VTF->TGA and TGA->VTF conversion. Means you dont need to use the command line tools and can use a nice GUI.

I also wrote a Windows XP/2000 shell extension plugin which lets you view thumbnails of VTF files direct in folders, file explorer and dialog boxes in Thumbnail view.

Do you happen to know of a .tga shell extenstion as well, because those are the only remaining images that defineately will need thumbnail views, and my OS *xp pro* does not have them.
