Dude you needa put some more effort into these models they arent that great looking sry to tell ya. You needa make something unique ya know something people would want and still have it display some realism

Read "Constructive Criticism 101" - By Dr. Manners, best selling author of "How not to be an arsehole and Annoy people"

@ Soobin. They're not bad so far as a WIP. As people have said the hands look a bit borked in certain poses. Might be some parts of the model isn't assigned correctly or you may have to give the animations a wee tweak.

Skin could do with a few little touch ups e.g. coats could do with having a bit of wear and tear added and due to the mesh the cammo looks a little broken up on the sides (e.g. bottom left figure).

As for the faces, I've you're going to use them you really should make sure every model has a similar styled face, for example the second from the left doesn't fit in with the rest (default face is it?)

Not bad for a start mate, with some work these could really be a good hack job. Take a gander at Russ. Conscripts FJs, as IMO they are the best done so far, if you need some inspiration, just be sure to give credit if you use any parts of the models/skin.

Keep it up.

Soobin, It looks like you're eager to contribute to the community. I like some of the stuff you've been doing, however it seems most of it is further manipulations of work that has been done (most noteably Felix and Russ Conscript.) I think what Zero was trying to say, if you sift through his classless nonesense, was that nobody wants to download stuff that looks like everything else.

I'm not the best skinner on the planet, but my last two allied packs have over 1600 downloads collectivly on DOD:EC and Schlex, I wager it's because they are unique, even if they aren't the most well done, technically. They're green themed (something rarley seen for allies) and I made all new face textures on my own. They're also a unique division, not just another 1st inf or 101st.

Try stuff like that. If you can, try your hand at modelling new gear, or do an all helmet pack (too many have lots of hats. I don't know of any all helmet pack.) Make your own face textures. Try making some solid color packs for axis (they all seem to either be camo or black/gray.) Do some unique stuff like rolling up the sleeves on all the models, or making an all winter-coat pack (not neccicarily trenchcoats.) We've only had a few DAK packs, and most are just re-colors yellow of the defaults. Try doing some short pants and sleeves there too. Maybe other nations, try some italians or Romanians.

Try your hand at an allied pack.

Just some suggestions. You have talent, that's clear. I'd like to see you do some great things, and head into DoD:S on top of the mountain.

Good luck bro. E-Mail me for any questions. Vandal@Fragspersecond.net
