I highly doubt the leaf portal error would cause the lag. What are the r_speeds and basic look and layout of the map?

He's using -fast VIS and not -full.

Try that and see if it helps.

You need to clear the errors up as well, see Dwin's post.

Oh ... and reduce your number of wads, that can have strange side effects, as stated in your compiler log.

Overlooked that...there can be a huge difference in how the map performs when you do a -full compile. But be prepared because it's possible it could take much longer to compile when you do it.
