Is it out yet ?
Or atleast a normal HLMV where you can see the textures and the poly count ?

Nope.
Can't write a decompiler without the MDL format specs and they would be in the SDK if at all. Oh and you can see the poly count with the current HLMV.

That's cool.
I also forgot asking about a compiler... is there a compiler ?

Yes. Its in the CS:S SDK - its still StudioMDL but theres some extra stuff in qc files but as of now, I havent found any docs which list what all of them are or what they all mean.

Avaliable through steam, but only if you bought one of the HL2 packages.
Ok, i've said it often enough that i don't like steam at all, but they should at least make a release of the HL2 sdk without steam. Or they should create a good working offline mode. I hate it to have to disconnect my internet connection just to test if the offline mode works. And i don't want steam to connect automatically if i just want to use the HLMV, for example.
still waiting on the source code  without it that there is no sdk ... they just calling it that

I posted a thread like a week ago about that decompiler being released. The thread got 2 replies and has died off.

Your original post lacked flare. 3/10 for effort though ;) (j/k)
